Hmm, lemme see if I got this right:
- 32GB of memory (LOL)
- Questionable battery life in a device whose primary feature is being portable (LOL)
- Insanely overpriced accessories (LOL)
- No region-locking (YAY!)
- a REAL online network (YAY)
- Voice chat and lobbies done from a phone app (LOL)
- Free games with subscription (YAY)
- Free games are only NES & SNES games (LOL)
- Free games are yours for only a month (LOLOLOL)
- Launch library is basically Just Dance, Skylanders, and Zelda (LOL)
- Anemic 3rd party support (LOL)
I think I'll pass for now. Maybe in a year, when this thing finds its legs...
Y'all are just trying too hard now
I wanted it, finch. I did, I signed up to be alerted when it was up on Amazon, but the presser did nothing to make me say I need this anywhere close to day one. Maybe when Splatoon two comes out or maybe when Mario odyssey comes out.
I don't think we are being too harsh. Nintendo really does make the best games but where are they? They showed almost all shit. Arms looks like it belongs in NintendoLand, not a standalone game.
I think what they showed was a good reveal. But launch is two months away and I get the feeling that they just don't have much more than what they already showed. This thing is going to have no games for a while. Maybe by fall.
