Cubs move on. Who will they face?
Jays won't resign Price but it wont have anything to do with what happened in Game 4. It has to do with the dollar being 75c right now. Rogers hasn't got the desire to be spending that kind of money.
It pains me to say that the Cubs look really fucking good. I think they are going to win it all. Fuck.
Apparently Matz and Stroman faced each other in an epic 14-inning pitchers duel back in high school.

WOOHOOOO!!! Dodgers beat the Mets 3-1, and they're still alive!! Game 5 back in L.A. on Thursday!
Looks like the Mets blew their load on Monday, and didn't save any runs for today's game. :)
Can't be upset about that loss. It was what it was. Kershaw is so good. Matz had one bad inning and even then it was just a good hit by that damn ginger Turner. lol Going to be very tough tomorrow against Grienke so hopefully deGrom has another stellar start in that arm of his and his mates can score some runs. Lets go Mets!
Ah. Well I wish it wouldn't. It's fucking childish, unacceptable behavior.
Why "Fuck" ? Are you a Brewers fan or am I misremembering? I'd think, if you are, the common good portion of this would kick in - they beat St. Louis. They took St. Louis out of the playoffs. That's a win for everyone.
Go Cubs!
I'm actually kind of hoping the Dodgers win. Only because I'd rather not have to dedicate the processing power to the whole "underdog" versus "my team" stuff.
This is the most nervous I've been watching baseball since... uh... ever?
Doesn't it feel good? Seriously. Just enjoy the ride no matter what happens! Your Jays are just a win away from the ALCS for goodness sakes. Have fun...and have a drink or two. :)
I didn't have massive expectations for the Mets and now they are a win away from the NLCS. I hope they can pull out a win against Grienke but if not I won't be sad. This has been a crazy and fun season for this very likable Mets club and I think its just the beginning.
No, it's the absolutely most effective policing that can occur in sports. The alternative is Roger Goodell. "Sliding" without even attempting to touch the base is unacceptable behavior, and actions have consequences.
edit: Basically, Chase Utley is a goon in hockey terms. The guy had a WAR of zero in over 100 regular season games. He had more value in playing dirty than in doing anything within the rules. That not only deserves retaliation; it demands it.
