The new episode on Legends/Tail Concerto is up. Sorry for the delay, but it was ready since Friday and just waiting on some Finch art. Was it worth the wait?

I think so. It's gorgeous!

I really like the Legends talk and am happy with what we covered of it. TC got the shaft a little IMO since it was supposed to be its own episode but got sucked in to this one after our schedule got fucked. Let me know what you guys think!

Up next are Corpse Party for the PSP followed by Fatal Frame (PS2) and Clock Tower (SFAM.)

If anyone ever wants to post impressions on the games we're playing, we'd love to read them out loud for the episode.

Also everyone here has an open invitation to be a guest, just make sure you have strong opinions on that game and can play it during the two weeks before recording so it's fresh in your mind.

Also also Nick (Geen) is leaving the project soon, so we're looking for a regular to fill that spot. The only real requirements are not being shy about your opinions and being willing to put in the time to play through a game properly whether it's a genre you love or not.

Honest request, if anyone listened to the adventure game one, I was the other guy who isn't bbobb. Anyone have any constructive criticism about that ep? Or non-constructive?

I'm not sure if this comment is relevant, but the latest episode reminded me of something: Most video game videos and podcasts I've listened share the "I-think-this-is-what-this-is-but-I'm-not-going-to-bother-research-it" trope for easily researchable things.

I have no idea why this is considered acceptable. You don't find this (as often) in popular podcasts or videos about other topics. You may hear "I don't know, unfortunately" or "I didn't get a chance to look it up." But no one will eagerly discuss something they know nothing about, even though that is the topic of the discussion, present themselves as an expert, spend time preparing for the show or the video, and then point out, "I don't know shit about this." Even "How Did This Get Made," a podcast where they talk shit about terrible-ass movies, researches the backstory of the production of the movie.

The reason I find it so galling is because the information is so readily available now. There's simply no excuse.

I'm happy you guys at least try to figure out the lesser-known things.
