Manning works best with a no-huddle and shotgun formation. It has more to do with giving him a better read on the defense and creating mismatches through the audible. It's not so much a system, like you get with a totally West Coast offense. They do run timed routes, like that of the WC, but it's not quite as rigid as a Full-blown WCO is.
