Junk food is cheaper. It's more available than good food. It tastes better, this is just pure fact. People get misled by healthy food advertising. I just saw a Gatorade protein bar, it has 10g of saturated fat, which is half a day's worth. 95% fat free? That just means it has 100g serving, 5g fat, and 95g sugar (well, maybe not 95g, but you get the point)..
I know many people that try to eat healthy, go gung-ho, and then crash and burn, and they do this a few times and just give up. I am eating healthier than I have in my entire life and I would die for two pepperoni pizzas right now. Have you ever seen The Rock's cheat meal?
