How do you think good businesses opetate? Do people not discuss things where you work? Do companies not develop different products and strategies in tandem?
You just don't have a clue how politics works, do you? There are always discussions in business and in Congress. They happen behind closed doors, and once the strategy is set, the members march to it. Successful companies don't let every employee set his own strategy on every decision.Quote:
