As for the EC, we already have a system to empower states, it's the Senate. And the House is controlled by jerrymandering at the state level.
Hell, if we made all congressmen based on popular vote, then the EC wouldn't bother me. The problem is there isn't one branch of our system based on popular vote.

Yep that's what I meant as well. All that happened was that it was made official today
TPP wasn't all bad, but just like every trade modern pact, it was ruined by copyright overreach and crooked investor protection schemes.
