Again, what exactly is it you like about her so much, anyhow? Set up some kind of work visa system for the low income jobs a lot of these people are coming for.
End the war on drugs that waste tax payer money and funds crime in Mexico.
Provide some sort of consulting and aid services to Mexico to help them get their shit together, ending the problems that make migration look viable.
