Facial hair: to Grow or not?

I don't want to look old.

I want to look my age.

Just happens that my age is somewhat old.

I guess I'll just wait for it then. I wanted to look a little older than I am, but like most of you said, I'll just wait until I'm that age then. :chunobi:

I have a bald spot on he bottom of my chin, nothing grows there, so I couldnt grow a beard if I wanted to.

Not that I do. Its not like I'm a dirty hippie or anything. :)

I haven't shaved my beard completely in almost five years. Like Green, my beard & moustasche are redish while my hair is brown. It also seems that my beard is starting to go gray right along with my hair, just at a slower pace.

My beard is every single color imaginable. I swear, looks like I put blonde and red highlights in it.

I usualy grow a beard like Freeway. All bushy and uncombed.

I wish I could grow a full on castaway beard. But I just end up looking like shaggy. :(

My facial hair doesn't come in all that quickly, so even though I'd like to sport a vintage Fidel Castro look right now... it'll take a while.

Also, whenever I do stop shaving what comes in is a rather salt-and-pepper mix of dark brown and super-light blonde. Looks awful. I'd rather it be all one color, like the way it is on top of my head. At least that area has the right idea.

Ha! Same here! I have a full beard + moustache, and although they don't connect, it looks okay. I grew it a few months ago to keep help keep my face warm outside (It's COLD in teh Maine wintar). Keeping it trimmed is a pain in the ass if you don't have the right equipment, so it's starting to get a little overgrown. That's why I'm asking for one of those electric beard/moustache trimmers for Xmas.
