Favorite Cave Shooter?

I'm just curious as to what's generally considered Cave's best. I'm not deeply familiar with the whole line, I'm sure I'm leaving out a game or two here, but I'm hoping I've got the bases covered. Besides, I know what my answer is and it's listed, so all is right with the world. :)

I am sorry to admit that I have only played DonPachi and DoDonPachi. :sweat:

I played a few hours of Guwange at a friend's house. Good stuff. Is marginally better than Donpachi (never played Esp Ra De).

I'd rather see a Cave vs. Psikyo vs. Takumi poll...

I could never bring myself to choose... but I voted ESPrade anyway, as this is what I'm playing from them at the moment.

You're missing the mighty Dangun Feveron on that list, by the way. And dai-ou-jou too, I suppose, though I think Seven Force is the only person the board who's been able to play it.

I picked ESPrade, but would have gone with Feveron if it were on the list.

DoDon for me, though I haven't played Progear (I really want to, but I'm not forking for the arcade version).

they're all great, especially ESP Ra.De.

Dodon as it's the only one I've played. I wish D3 would expand the simple games to shooter ports. Imagine a $20-25 ports of these games... *-neo
