Can't think of anyone except Apocalypse; but if you want to get really into it, you could say Wolverine since they are blatantly obvious they don't like each other.

I don't think Iceman has a direct rival, as he often is grouped together with the X-Men, whereas a character like Wolverine stands out so much.

I would be interested to find out if he has an arch-nemesis...

iceman's nemesis is. . . I actually remember him walking around being all pissy and leaving everyone for "personal business" and "something I have to do on my own" and such, but I don't remember why.
