Let's talk about the best tasting drink Ever!

Even though I drink pop more than I should, my favorite Drink is Water! Yep Water, not from the Tap but either bottled Spring Water or purified water. I drink a Liter at a time, it quenches my thirst and refreshes me. Let's see some of the water I drink.

Evian: my number one pick but kinda pricy

Dannon: it's cheap and tastes good

Valley of the Moon: Bottles leak but can't beat the taste.

I've tried a slew of others but the one's with lots sodium in it are not my favorites.

I can't drink the Gallon containers they taste like plastic yuck.

I'm slowly going to stop drinking Pop and Juice, they both peel the enemal on my teeth.

So what's everyones favorite Water?

Water really is the only drink that the human body was made to consume...I have been primariy a water drinker my whole life and I am trying to completely phase out even the small quantities of soda, juice or milk that I drink. Trust me, you will fell so much better when you get off the pop.

But alcohol is a different story...it tastes terrible and is terrible for you, but hey, gotta drink it at least every once in a while.

WRONG! Milk is also made to be consumed by humans. Babys don't suck on mamas tit for the hell of it.

Human milk and cow milk are not the exact same thing. Humans are NOT meant to consume dairy products from animals.



My beverage of choice? Tap water. Followed by chocolate Soy Dream...

Right, I'm sure we're doing a lot of "normal" things we aren't "meant" to be doing, like typing communications via the internet.

Curious where you get your calcium if not from dairy?

lol... so you've been brainwashed by the dairy industry and the 'studies' they bought and paid for, eh? Most the things I eat have calcium, up to and including Soy Milk, and OJ. Without the obeisity, threat of ostioperosis and other negitive side effects possible from dairy consumption. Yes, btw, I said Ostioperosis (sp?). It's been shown that milk is a very UNHEALTHY way to get calcium, and if you drink too much it can take away the calcium you do need. They sure don't tell you that in the got milk ads, eh? Wonder why...

No, I was seriously curious, as I wasn't aware offhand of other major sources of calcium that one could replace dairy with.
