JSRF help needed

I think I am near the end of the game...but I can't unlock the Tokyo Line level. How do I do this?

Tokyo Line is unlocked for one whole battle against a "boss" don't worry, there's no tags to be had there, nor are there any Graffitti souls. I believe its unlocked once you Defeat the Doc Oc guy with the extendo arms and the chick with the flamethrower.

Oh, and for this battle, make sure you have 30+ can to start with ;)

Then I guess I have no where to go from here...it says I haven't cleared highway zero or Sky Dinosaurian Square but there are no graffiti or graffiti souls to be tagged. I'm not quite sure where to go.

Havent Cleared Highway Zero? hmm, well I know you fight the flamethrower chick there, have you done that yet?
You also fight the noise tanks in Sky Dinosaurian square, have you dont that yet?

I remember fighting a bunch of flamethrower guys at highway zero but not a chick and I remember tagging up a gang at Sky Dinosaurian...I've also gotten to the point where all the graffitti reappears in most of the levels (I don't know if that helps)

ok, maybe this can help me, go to where you'd save you game, what chapter does it have on it? 5? 6?

I think I know what to tell you, but gimmie the chapter # first, also have you tried going to shibuya terminal yet and destroying all the noise tanks?

Ok, I know (or sure think I do) what you need to do.
Go to the skyscraper district, press start to bring up your map. Look for a blue dot. That would be who you need to find. To get to it, go up the pharoh spinny thing and then get on top of the rooftops via the crane you see once you get to a certain height. you should see a shadow on the ground, for what reason I don't know, but grind up the box that thing is on and then your off to Tokyo Line :D

Again, I *THINK* this is where your at. You don't need to re-tag the stages to beat the game, I didn't at least.

Well, I don't see a blue dot anywhere...I remember going to a blue dot previously and it was a member of Poison Jam.

hmmm have you met Zero Beat yet? (more importantly, do you know who Zero Beat is?)

Actually, could you give me a list of oh 3 events or things you did recently to jog my memory of what you might need to do next? :D

Try going to Zero Highway to see if there's a blue dot anywhere, if there is, fight the flamethrower chick. Then if no events are triggered, go to the place where there's that dinosaur statue in the middle of the shopping center you can grind through, if there's a blue dot there, go fight the Doc Oc ripoff, then if no events are triggered, I'm not sure what to tell you.

nope, no triggered events in the places mentioned...well, i'll keep looking...thanks for the help, though...it is much apreciated :)

Jeez, ok, whats the last event you remember happening?

I remember meeting poison jam at the skyscraper district and I remember beating up the golden rhino's after they appeared in all the levels i had previoulsy cleared...Also, when I talk to all the characters they say they all wonder why the Rhinos are targeting Prof. K and the radio station

and I don\'t remember anything about zero beat

Aha, I found the problem...

Apparently there is a glitch in the game...when Clutch takes your graffiti souls you have to find him...if you don\'t find him fast enough, he disappears and never returns. Looks like I might have to start the game over.

Hmm, but Clutch appears in Chapter 7, and your in Chapter 8 already, hmm maybe you have a seriously bugged copy.

hmmm, actually now that I think about it, I did catch up with Clutch so that wouldn't apply.

Double-check Chuo Street.

Actually, you may be right about Clutch, because unless he's in your party, you haven't tracked him down 3 times, and you may have to re-start the game after all.

He is a usuable character in my party...But I think I got an answer from gamefaqs...I'll let you know if it pans out.
