im watching it right now and liking it minus skeletors voice
like it more than the original the original aged very poorly
as did all 80's cartoons because every epsiode of every 80's cartoon had to teach some fucking lesson they just couldnt tell a story

He-Man ans the Masters of the Universe fucking RULED! Great animation and battles, plus story was well put together. Nice to see Cam Clarke doing the voice of He-man, I knew it sounded familiar.
Got a 10/10 from me, can't wait for the series and for Transformers if it's any better than the crap Fox crap.
Everything he said, but the opposite. Worst cartoon I've seen in... well... a long time. Every character that was annoying in the original? 5x as annoying now. Characters that weren't annoying in the original? Now annoying. Almost every voice was HORRIBLE. The action was generic SHIT. WTF was all the staff/sword twirling about? Are they practicing for a marching band? Gay in every way possible, and I feel stupid for wastiing my time hooking my cable back up for it and watching it.Quote:

The ONLY good thing I can say is some of the characters look decent and pretty true to the look of the originals... but that couldn't come close to saving this. If I were rating it, out of 10, this would get a 2... IF I was in a good mood....
Well, Skelators voice sucked.
And his face looks shitty (compared to the one in "Skelators" Avatar anyway).
Otherwise, it was awesome.

I enjoyed it, all except for some of the annoying voice overs.
And yes, most 80's cartoons do not stand the test of time, and if you can't find anything worth watching now, then your watching the wrong stuff.
MOTU of old used the shitty standard crap animation of the 80's. MOTU of new uses the shitty standard crap animation of 2002. In 20 years everyone praising this shit now will be dissing it. Only difference is you aren't dumbass kids now, so what's your excuse?

All I know is I still have to wait (PST time...woo!) to see this, but then again, the trailer kinda put me off. Notsomuch designs or direction, but the art style looks kind 'eh' and Cam Clarke, bless his soul, should not be the voice of He-Man =p
