Just wondering if anyone is going to travel this year to the Minnesota State Fair? Alot of people that come travel from out of State and make the Fair their big Family Trip.
I will go probally two times for the Arcades and the food.
It's one of the biggest Fairs in the country, though the crowds can become too much for me sometimes...
Not me... hell I don't even go to the Iowa State Fair.

Yes indeed, although I live a mere hour away...I will probably be there Friday.
Is Minnesota that exciting? i mean really? I didn't even go to the Wisconsin State fair....Bah
The chances of me going are rather slim. People go on and on about the food, but its nothing really that amazing in my opinion. Plus I could care less about the animals, or the rusty Midway. Plus there are too many sweaty people lumbering about and most of the free stuff you get you never wanted in the first place. So no, I will not be going. The only reason I could think to go is to maybe see some radio personalitys in person, but thats not enough reason for me to go. I went to my County Fair, well only to a Destruction Derby. Its pretty much the same as the State Fair to me.
If you have been to Wisconsin you have been to Minnesota. They are pretty much exactly the same in every single way imaginable. The only differance is the Green Bay Packer fans everywhere you go, thats annoying.Quote:

Minnesota is terribly exciting! Why, we have some of the greatest attractions known to man!
Experience! The vast sweltering pit of vanity and idiocy that is the Mall of America!
Tour! The many crappy urban development areas and all of the houses that look the same!
Get Robbed! Because our crime laws are weak!

I could not agree more there Jimmy, man oh man I hate housing developments! Its like every town has to have their own little Communist settlement or something. I am so glad I don't live in one. What ever happaned to the standard street layout? Whatever happaned to people making houses they actually had some input on? Sigh. And when will the Mall of America get some varitey in the shops?! How can a mall that big not have a single comic book shop?! Fools!
I must agree, Packer fans do suck ass. Bills all the way this year....
