The servers are up and running again! Is there anyone out there who wants to play a few games before its get taken down for good. Come one people, I know it's an old game but this might be our last chance to play. I'd really love to get a 4 player battle going maybe a couple night of the week. If anyone actually is interested leave a message with the time your avaible oh and your timezone too and maybe we can get something going.
I still think Chu Chu Rocket is a brilliant game. Despite some questionable games (*cough*PSO*cough*), shows that Sonic Team's still got it.
Anyway, as for the online issue, I played it once online and the 1/2 second lag time really ruined the experience for me. Is it still that bad?
The built in lag is no big deal to me. I just got used to it over time. I'm game, how does 8:00 PM EST sound?
It's because you only tried it once. After you get use to the lag it really feels natural and you forget about. 8 EST sounds great to me. I should be able to make it online tonight. What day is best for you. It'd be cool if we could get at least a few people to start play around 8 everday for maybe a few weeks. let me know.

you mean, standard Sega servers? As in just stick CCR in and go? Damn, that's awesome! I've been playing this offline lately. I think I've got a dial up connection through my school, I'll see if I get up there.

Hmmmm....It turns out that my Compaq ISP I've been using for the last four or five months has finally been shut down, hence I was not able to get online last night.
tain, i just moved to ohio from indiana about 7 months ago. good so far really no change from indiana except beer is easier to get ;) didnt the dc come with like a 40 ft or so phone cord? i think it should be able to reach tain! at least for one night to play a few games. weeman or anyone else who might be interested post and let me know. keep the dream alive...
