I'm sure everyone has some games they would liked to see altered in some way. What games would you pick and how would you change them?
One of my picks would be Stretch Panic. I found the game a little boring but I think it has a lot of potential. I would keep the characters, graphics, stretching ability and overall weirdness but I would up its speed and make it into a sort of 3d platformer, something semi-on-rails like Crash Bandicoot.
Hrmm. A MegaMan game that played like SOTN. Sure, there's a fan-made DC game with the same idea, and the alpha version was turning out nice, but the game seems to be going nowhere, right now.

A Gunstar Heroes with even more weapons, a 4-player-mode, a save feaure, and 40+ levels a la Bangai-O.
NiGHTS. Don't mess with perfection, just update it with beautiful visuals and complimentary soundtrack free with the game. :D
Panzer Dragoon Saga. Overhaul it in its entirely. Make it longer, clean up the visuals, more story elements, more Dragon mini-games. Hell, I'd be happy if it just got released on a new console period so more gamers could experience this excellent triumph from Team Andromeda.
There's dozens more, but these stood out in my head as ones I'd pay well over MSRP for. :)
Four-player Herzog Zwei.
And a mix of VOOM and VOOT, with four player support. Oh, wait. Nevermind.
Finally, Thief, but with a hint of GTA. Like, one gigantic city to loot. I hear Caldera's Cistern is something like this, but not quite. Multiplayer wouldn't hurt, either.
Masters of Terras Kasi should have been licensed out to SNK and done in 2D Samurai Shodown style.
Id like to see Super Fantasy Zone redone on a console with a sharper, brighter color palette, oh, and maybe some voice acting, or grunts or something :D
I want to see Amped with a blazing fast frame rate and improved controls. And maybe have the difficulty reduced just a tiny little bit. ;)
Skullmonkeys, with a save feature and world map, for going back and seeing all the various levels you couldn't do on just one play through.
Radiant Silvergun, totally re-graphicked (not a word, but close enough) for X-Box. X-Box being the only console with a proper controller for it at the moment. Unless you put it on PS2, with the 3 normal weapons and radiant sword on the face and the two-button combo weapons on the shoulder buttons...

A more open-ended JSRF perhaps, or add multiplayer (online and off) in Crazy Taxi with all of the drivers, stages, cars and the physics from CT1. The Jump feature can be axed for all I care.
The game I would most like to completely remake: Morrowind. I could go on for hours about what I would do to make the game EVEN better but I really shouldn't.

Sacrifice: Make the wizards more like the Heroes in Warcraft III where they can take a bigger part in direct combat. That would make this game the ultimate RTS.
Bangai-O: More levels, a hard mode, and truly gigantic shooter bosses (which would look even bigger thanks to the tiny Bangai-O).
Guardian Heroes with online play, high-res sprites, more stuff and new levels.
DMC. I think you all what I'd do here.
Almost every game can be made better with online play...
Oh, and SFIII:TS with high-res sprites. Really the only improvement that could be made, and man would it look great! I'd also revamp Twelve's move list and I'd change Hugo's character design, he's friggin' ugly as sin. I don't care if he's a returning Final Fight character, they could've done better here.
