I'm a big fan of Pocky and Rocky but I didn't realize the GBA one had already come out. Was it recently?
Any impressions? As good as the first two? and what's with "Becky"

EDIT I guess it doesn't come out til later this year the pictures I saw were box art- mockups, Anyways I'm looking forward to this title.

It's been out in Japan for quite a while. I never got around to playing it myself but one of the guys that works with me picked it up. He said it was alot of fun but really short. It hasn't been released domestically yet though.
Well I've seen the Domestic one for sale on some online sites at least on Walmart's site but not in stores yet.

October 8th is the US release date according to Gamestop which sounds about right. I knew it wasn't out yet, because if it was we would have brought them in. That's not a title that we would miss.
I think the US release of Kikikaikai Advance (Pocky And Rocky) has been delayed for some time now. I remember seeing it's US release date months ago and thought it simply dropped out of sight.
I wouldn't get too excited, though. The game itself is pretty weak. It's based more off the original arcade game rather than the SFC installments. Meaning it's a much more subdued, less-frantic game than the SFC ones. Still a bit of fun, but nothing particularly memorable.
Ah, I thought the pics of it looked similar to the arcade version. I have the title for PC Engine and it is fun but the SF versions had much more personality and are designed better. Chalk another one up for rehash. *-neoQuote:
