Well, I will check the mag out, once it gets to the bookstore :)
The game seems very complicated, I hope Capcom manages to make it fun as well. Too many buttons and switches can be very distracting and frustrating. Maybe you will need 1 or 2 co-pilots to operate that thing :)
Chibs, the absolute only thing in the mag I cared about was the Tekki controller feature.
This months XBOX mag is the worst one yet, disk included.
So which button is for the autopilot ;)
This is nothing new. All the demos have sucked. The only one I enjoyed was the one that had JSRF, Halo, Max Payne, etc.
Together with the fact that the mag still hasn't arrived here (it's usually late), and I don't even know why I bother each month. :mad:
Damn, that sucks. I was hoping for at least a DTR demo. I guess I kinda wanted to try Enclave though....
Well this sucks. I STILL havent gotten a new disk from the last issue cause mine didnt work. Now theres a new issue out that I havent gotten yet and its already suppose to be shit. Damnit. At least the friggin DC mag had pretty good demos and had demos of games that werent out yet. OXM makes OPM look like the greatest magazine ever.
It also makes Nintendo Power look objective.
No, not really, but it does make Nintendo Power look like a quality magazine. ODCM was actually a fun read, but OXM is just trash. Only redeeming thing is the disc and that's not exactly stellar.Quote:

I didn't think I'd ever say it but even IGN is better than OXM.
1- They are no more biased than any official mag. In fact, I'd say PSM and at times OPM are much worse.
2-Enclave was never on the demo, so that IS new. Not everyone has played it you know...

2-False, there is no Enclave demo on the disk. Just got it and all the demos are old ones seen on previous disks. There's just a non-playable movie of Enclave on the disk.
The latest OXM mag was actually pretty good, imo. Had some features I cared about (Tekki, DOAX), Reviews actually ready well though still too short, and they previewed Crimson Sea, which I wanted to know more about anyway.
They also sent me a dollar with the issue as a bribe to fill out their survey. I don't know if it was meant to be funny, but I had a good laugh from that. :)
