Questions for the hardcore Treasure fans

I have a few questions. Not sure if anyone here knows the answers but figured it'd be worth a shot:

First of all: Treasure's most recognizable character designer, who goes by the pseudonym "HAN", the guy resonsible for Gunstar Heroes, Mischeif Makers, Silhouette Mirage, Guardian Heroes, etc seems to be missing. He hasn't done a game with Treasure since Radiant Silvergun. Anyone know what happened to the guy? Is he still with Treasure and they just haven't used him lately or has he moved on?

I remember hearing that Ikaruga's full-time development team was only 3 people. Is this true, and does anyone know which members are working on it? I'm especially interested in who did the art since I don't recognize the style but I like it alot. Also curious who did the music since it's a major departure for Treasure.

Anyone know the real names of the members that use goofy psuedonyms (HAN, NON, CHOCO-MONKEY, etc)?

Personally, I really don't know... I love their games, but I really don't keep track of the teams. ;)

It's hard to keep track of because alot of the guys don't even have set tasks. One guy will be the musician in one game, the level editor of another, and the character designer in another. It's kinda confusing. Looks like Ikaruga is mostly being made by members of the Sin and Punishment team (makes sense, given the darker style).
