I have a feeling it'll wind up on GBA (that was the rumour a while back), quite possibly a port. Otherwise, I figure GC.
Platform will probably depend on those developing it. Once that's known, it should be easy to guess since each dev group in Sega seems to have picked a favorite console by now.
I'll take it on any console, just as long as I get it.
If I had to choose though, I'd like it on a console, preferably the GC.
I'm pretty sure I read somewhere last year that it was coming to GC. Also, take a look at who's getting the most support from Sega. Pretty nice huh.

This is not news. Sega *officially* announced the game at e3, but like now they didn't announce which platform it was due for. It's still a mystery. I am personally hoping for GBA, since that is my favourite system... but I don't really have a preference between the "big 3" though since I have not bought any yet. This announcement could go a long way in helping me decide which one of the 3 to buy first...
Nice to see "Sonic Adventure 3" as well! I can't miss out on that one no matter what I choose (if MB is correct). ;)

Well, I hope SF4 will be on Cube, or at least on PS2. Why limit the game with GBA(Konami is allready done it with 2 CV games :(). You justt can do MUCH more with more powerful systems: bigger worlds, better graphics, music, possible bigger story and environments.
I keep my fingers crossed for Cube release :)

I hope Sega brings Camelot back in to do SF4. That would make the GameCube the likely home.

God I hope it isn't GBA though, I want console games and I couldn't bear to see a THQ translation :p
A console game would be nice. If only to see spells like Blaze 4 being done with todays power.

How about a GCN game along with a GBA side-story (complete with link-up).
I have a funny feeling it's going to be a PS2 game though, but GCN makes a lot of sense as well. I'm one of the few who will be pleased with a GBA release, but for some reason I have a strong feeling it's not going to be a GBA game. I have no reasons for any of this. Just a gut feeling, so I'm probably wrong! :p
since i still don't own either of the big-three consoles... THIS is the game that will decide which i buy...

I'm mostly looking to TGS to find out the specifics behind the Raiden Fighter 'port and IIDX 8th Style AM.
i doubt Shining Force 4 would end up on GBA. What would you guys think if the game had 3 different scenarios like Shining Force 3 and each scenario is on each next gen system? Would that be enough for you to buy all 3 systems just for all the scenarios? sega probably won't be dumb enough to do it but i just thought it'll be neat. they can even add some sort of online component to it for all 3 systems to do battle with each other.
take shining force 3 for example, The PS2 owners can take place as the Aspinia Republic (Synbio's group) while GCN owners take the Destonia Empire (Medion's group) and XBOX owners take Enrich Kingdom (Julian's group). This way, each system will then have their own seperate scenarios and you have to buy all 3 systems or wait for sega to port it all to get the whole experience. If this is dumb don't mind me. i'm just bored :P
Shining Force on GC? Cube owners don't have that kind of luck. It will either go to GBA or PS2. Maybe X-Box in a moneyhat move.
