Morrowind help (experts please help me out!)

I need to know the following:

1-Is there any way to advance in the Blades when the main guy leaves. Everyone says he'll be coming back eventually, is the eventually something that occurs in the game? Are any other Blades members able to give me orders or advancment?

2-When you 'join' the Ashlanders for the main quest, they list a rank, and the next rank. Can I advance there at all? I talked to a ton of the people in the camps but got nowhere.

Those 2 are the most pressing questions, because I need perfection, I want to acheive the highest rank in everything! I have some more, less important questions below...

3-What's the highest reputation you can get? I thought it'd be 100, but now I'm at 105, so I'm wondering how far it can go (honestly).

4-You definitely cannot join more than one House, correct? I hate to see all those missions be slip by me. (I joined and finished the Great House Hiaalu already).

5-When I join a vampire tribe, am I limited only to one tribes missions?

6-Will other tribes consider me an enemy?

7-Can I use the mages guild transport (I know silt's and boats are out of the question) as a vampire?

8-Anything else I should know before becoming a vampire?

1. When Cassius is gone, he's gone for good. I dunno if you can advance in the Blades. I don't think you can, even though they give you a rank, but I'm not positive.

4. There's a glitched (I think) way to become master of Hlaalu if you're already a member of another house, but you can't actually do quests for them. If you're interested I can tell you how. But basically, you're correct.

5. Yup.

7. I'm pretty sure you can't, but then again I haven't tried.

8. Uhh, depends on what you know already. You're gonna have to become human again to beat the game without backpathing it.

Beat it? Isn't it 'beat' when you 'beat' Dagoth Ur?

Yeah, but you're not going to be able to kill him as a vamp without backpathing it. It can be a pain in the ass to turn human again unless you're willing to read a FAQ or something. Unless you've already killed Dagoth Ur, then go for it.

I've been meaning to ask this question...and I might have even asked it before but still....

Where can you find a restore skills spell? All my armor skills have gone done to 0 and I can't find any temple to restore it. I read at some Elder Scrolls site that there is a Restore Skills spell but I just can't find it anywhere...

Never seen a restore skills spell. I don't think it exists. If your armor skill is at 0, you have that one cursed sword whose name I can't remember. If you can restore to a game before you picked it up, that would be your best bet.

No restore skill spells, I don't think -- your best bet is to find a trainer if you don't have alternate saves to fall back on. On the bright side, that'll be a few extra levels for you.

I just retrained after losing my armor skills after I used that weapon (was it Fury? I can't remember). I never found any spells, and it made the cost of training cheaper for my light armor, which was a main skill, helping me level up, so I was happy. Plus I'm rich in the game, so money was no problem for me... who else has a bunch of shops filled with loot? I bet most people enjoyed that...
