I need to be more consistent with this game. Too off and on.

Finally bumped up my score after a long draught.

blueskied-TWE - 26,778,170 - Chapter A - 158

Verifiable through the ikaruga net-ranking.
Finished with 4 remaining ships for a 2 million bonus. I broke the chain once in both chapters 2&3, and 3 times in chapter 4. I got 5.15 million in Chapter 3 though, which I'm pretty happy with. My 5.0 million Chapter 2 was a big disappointment, I usually get a 179 chain/5.47 million Chapter 2. Had an average 122 chain/ 3.88 million C1 as well (I usually get a 125-128 chain). But I finished with a nice 114 Chain Final chapter, and did decent on the bosses.

Anyway, time to break 27 million now and head towards 28! Watch out DaveSS. :bs: :lol: ;)

I just realised my score is high enough to make this top 40, so post it I will:

Adman - 2,584,310 - Chapter 2 - 49.

Hopefully I can rise through these rankings, seeing as I'm currently 42nd in the UK...yay? :bang:

Edit: Beat Level 2 boss for a higher score. Same chain though..

Man... I can't come close to any of these scores yet, but I'm curious: How do all you guys play Ikaruga with a VGA box? Do you have your DC modded? I can't get the VGA box to work with my boot disc and ->original copy of Ikaruga.
What gives? This game would rock my block off on a monitor in tate.

I just flipped my TV. I'm using the GC version. A lot cheaper, and not as dangerous as it sounds to do.

Oh, new score:

Well, whenever I turn my TV, the color gets all distorted.
