Rare has also cancelled two of its upcoming games, namely Donkey Kong Coconut Crackers for Game Boy Advance and Donkey Kong Racing for GameCube. Apparently, Kameo and Diddy Kong Racing are both still underway.

I don't know about that... I still find it hard to believe that Nintendo would be willing to sell their stock in Rare... especially to MS.

So, MS may do what Nintendo should have done years ago.

I think this statement would have made sense back in the NES days. These days I don't see much difference. I could care less about a new scavenger hunt from Rare. Fuck em.

Isn't Rare the company who has totally screwed up Star Fox with this Dinosaur crap? Hopefully Namco will make a good Star Fox shooter.

Dinosaur Planet development came first. Miyamoto later told Rare to put Star Fox into the game. (At least that's what I remember.)

So from a different perspective, you could say that Dinosaur Planet was screwed up with Miyamoto's Star Fox crap. Hopefully it'll be a good game so that neither of those statements would be true.

Um, no actually, Nintendo was the one who decided to throw Star Fox into the dinosaur crap. Rare was creating a advnture game that took place in a prehistoric world.

The Star Fox game is screwed up? Funny, I thought it cam out September 23rd.

The shooting scenes look absolutely gorgeous! The action looks just as sweet.

Well, MS doesn't need 49%, they should only need that 51%.

I don't hate Rare, they have in my opinion made some great games. But as of late they seem to be getting really lazy, or don't know how to wrap something up. All of their games they are working on take forever to come out. And I don't think Nintendo likes that. Star Fox was a launch title! And now almost a year later its coming out. Rare has been having lots of troubles keeping people on board. People keep leaving them, I wonder why. Hell look at Free Radical the makers of Timesplitters(2), they were all ex-rare employees who made Goldeneye, rumor has it they left do to anger twords Rare. Rare is losing it it seems, they can make a good game it just takes forever. Just look at how long it took Conkers: Bad Fur Day took to come out! That game was announced before Banjo-Kazooie! And did not come out till after Banjo-Tooie!!!! Nintendo does not need Rare in my opinion. But I would rather have Nintendo have them then Microsoft. Microsoft should stop trying to buy everyone up, its kinda annoying.
