For all we know that image is fake just to stir people up and make them pissed off. You've got a perfectly white background, a layer of people and the sculpture in the foreground. It could just be coincidence that that type of composition is simple to do in Photoshop, or maybe it's not.

You don't send a sub to a naval base of a non-allied country unless you're attacking it, and you sure as hell expect it to get sunk. And you don't plan and execute huge dive-bombing raids in a little more than an hour (not counting the fact that Hawaii is WAY more than an hour away from Japan).
