Thank god for Goodwill! now what...
I did a little bit of monitor shopping today
First I stopped by a local Funcoland and was lucky enough to find a used Dreamcast VGA adapter. "Yay!", I thought. This saves me alot of Ebay trouble.
So, then I go looking for a monitor. I saw some decent, cheap monitors in the 17-19 range. And then, on a whim, I made a Goodwill stop. And then, I saw it. It almost had a spotlight shining over it with heavenly music. A Commodore 1084 Monitor, still in the box with the styrofoam. It was $5.35. Yay!!
So, now I have a dilemna. Do I keep the VGA adaptor and look for a larger monitor to run 4:3 games through?
And, just to set the record straight, what is better?
VGA or RGB?
(Note: I may be considering getting a monitor in the 27-33 range to run all my gaming systems into and using my 32" HDTV monitor just for DVD's and XBOX)
