Welcome to the world of Arcade Cabinets (updated with pics!)
****UPDATE****
Well, I finally got my cabs home today.
Turns out the Neo cabinet is some original SNK cab that was released specifically for the consumer market (hence the wood grain). They were only released in limited numbers, and as such are fairly rare.
The controls and buttons are shot (no biggie), but the sound, screen, and general condition of the cab are great.
It came with Fatal Fury 3 and Bust a Move which I knew of. But after I got the cab home and opened it up to start cleaning, I found a little surprise.
There was a small box which I assumed at one point had one of the games in it. So I open the box up to take a look and...
Its a full Viewpoint MVS kit, including all the stickers/papers...SWEET!
The first night of owning a cab has pretty much been everything I'd hoped it would be, and I can't wait to get my next games and fix this beast up!
*note: the pic in NO way does the cab justice, I'll take some better pics tommorow*

***UPDATE****
Woo!
Finally got me some arcade cabinet goodness! I've wanted my very own cabinets for so long, and getting two in one day is almost to much. :)
First off, I got a 2 slot MVS with Fatal Fury 3 and Puzzle Bobble. It's in a generic fighting game cab with a 21 inch monitor. I talked with the place that I got it from, and I think I'm going to have them swap in a 25 inch monitor instead.
The condition isn't great, but with some time and some new marquee graphics n' stuff it's going to look mighty nice I believe.
Second up I got a little jamma compatible cab. Thing is, I'm gutting the entire thing. Plan so far is to throw a nice size tv up in it (the cab has a 19 inch monitor now), take out the jamma hardware and put in a Dreamcast in its place. Next I'll wire up the controls into the console, beef up the sound system (subwoofers are your friend), and have a ass kicking arcade cab/console playing beast.
Reason for that is I never seem to be able to get comfy when playing fighters with a stick unless it's mounted to a cab, so I figured this would work out nicely.
I'll be picking up both cabinets early next week and I'll take a bunch of pics and post 'em. I'm also thinking about chronicling the conversion process of the Dreamcast cab and making a little website for it.
Oh yea, did I forget to mention I got both cabinets for $275? :D
