Looks like some obscure arcade devs either bought the Snowbrothers name or just plain stole it.

Wasn't it Snow Bros. and not Snow Brothers? I don't know if that'd make a difference or not with copyrights and such.

Toaplan will live forever.

Its clearly a Mexican dodgy Snow Bros clone. Taking the piss with the name quite a bit. Possibly for the Crystal System.

Perhaps it should be called "Soccer Muants"

The in-game screenshot on the right looks nearly identical (with graphical enhancements) to one of the final 10 stages in the first game.

Hopefully, this one is better than the HORRIBLY-botched Snow Bros. 2: With New Elves Its all in the level design, Seniors!

First Cave rises from the ashes of Toaplan, and now Toaplan rises from the "we have nothing to do" offices of Cave. ;)

That link isn't working for me, I'll have to try it again later. I'm a big Toaplan mark and would love to see this...
