Godzilla: DAMM Website Launches

DAMN! This game looks good.

Infogrames announced today the launch of the official Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee website. The site, which is located at <a href = "www.godzillaoncube.com">www.godzillaoncube.com</a>, contains several new screenshots and some gameplay videos for your viewing pleasure.

Godzilla is generally a fighting game which pits the player against some fairly gruesome monsters, including everyone's favorite oversized lizard. There are eleven characters to choose from and battle with in eight different arenas. Various fighting styles and abilities, such as hand-to-hand, close-range, projectiles, and special moves will be present. While you're fighting monsters, you'll be able to satisfy your destructive urges by levelling gigantic cities.

Godzilla will feature several modes of play, including Adventure, Melee, Versus, and Destruction. You can play alone or with up to four other players for some multiplayer destructive fun.

G:DAMM will be released on October 29th for the Nintendo GameCube. A GameBoy Advance version is expected to follow. Until then, however, be sure to check out the official site for more information.

I hope it has king kong in it.

I hope King Kong is there so I can act out the REAL ending to the G vs. KK movie.

Yes, I am very excited for this game. I have just about every Godzilla game for just about every system (no Super Famicom version). I actually like the DC games, I thought what they did they did right!

But this game for the GC looks awesome! It even has Megalon, which is one of my favorite monsters.

King Kong won't be in it, trust me. Universal owns the rights and he wouldn't be in this game.

They need a game with every(!) monster Toho has ever created. The PCEngine Godzilla game is really close to perfection as far as I am concerned.
