I liked the first game so I'm looking forward to Red Faction 2. I hope it has a lot more destructable backgrounds since that's what I enjoyed most in RF1 but felt there wasn't enough of.
I know you like Halo - you should love RF2. It incorporates a lot of Halo's play mechanics + the geo-mod bit. Very, VERY good game for PS2. I also like the cover art... very cool.

I played the demo today on a machine at a local Gamestop, I liked what I saw, the rain effects are particularly impressive :)
I'm very excited about this. We enjoyed original RF, and sequel promises more of everything. Plus my favorite actor, Lance Henriksen provides voice acting for the game. Cool.
Getting trailer now, cant wait to watch it at home. And I hope that my GameStop will have demo to try.
