Munch's Oddysee $14.99
UFC $12.40 or less I forget.
BTW usually the cheap games are in the aisle next to the games section not locked away behind the cases.

I should head over to Target someday...
Cool. I might visit my Target today.
Damn, Gun Valkyrie must have bombed bad...from a pure business standpoint, it's a wonder Sega makes Xbox games at all. Have they ever had a game on the Xbox that would even come close to being considered a hit? I know JSRF sold like ass. :( What about Crazy Taxi 3?
I find it awesome that all these stores are nowhere near NYC.
*turns sarcasm machine on*
*runs off to target*
even though i don't have an xbox yet. :)
Shit, JSRF is dirt-cheap as well. I'm going on the Shinobi plan here, buy the games before the system.
For those of you on the fence, and assuming you can find it $12.95 (the stores around me NEVER seem to have these deals), don't be foolish -- pick it up. Gunvalkyrie, while perhaps not everyone's cup of tea, is a quality title. A little effort/practice is certainly required, but when in it all "clicks", there's a lot of fun to be had. I beat the game thoroughly almost 6 months ago and just popped it in over the weekend -- still tense, still challenging, still good looking, still good playing. It held up well.
Nope, My Target SUCKS. They never heard about this sale, and still trying to sell GunValkirie for its original price of $49.99
No other sales either
cool my target had one the other day, damn I hope its still there. I love Sega games , even the ones that SUCK
Yoshi lives nearby me, and he got it for that price. I think I know which Target he went to... :)Quote:

And I don't think it's a sale... I think it's more of a clearance...
Clearance, Sale. Whatever. The point is Mine doesnt have anything :(
Must've been cleared out... :shrugs:
Picked up a copy of GV at local Target ($12.48 + tax, of course) and they still had a few copies left. Now I'm glad I picked up JSRF over GV back when I found both priced at $30 each...
Thanks for the heads-up, Korian! :D
No, They have plenty of copies, but all for $49.99 !!!
Did you tried to have them scan for the price, Despair?
Mine still had $49.99 price sticker on, but did ring up as $12.48 at the checkout.
Really? Damn, I will have to come back there tomorrow than, and ask them to scan the game.
What other games supposed to be on clearence?
See any games that match this description?Quote:

The thing is, all the games other then some cheap PSX games are LOCKED at my Target. So you will have to ask the person working there to open the case, if you want to look at them.
What I ment was, which other Xbox older games might be on the same clearance. JSRF maybe? I will check it out tomorrow.
I will just use this thread to say it: I think that a modified GV engine would make the PERFECT 3-D Metroid game...
Crazy Taxi 3 sold like ass too. If I remember it right from that website, it only sold like 15000 copies for the month of July.Quote:

Zerodash, it's been said before... and the camera would SO have to be fixed...
I think I might have asked this before, but how close do you live? I got GV at the Target at the corner of Glenwood and Lynn in Raleigh, BTW.Quote:

In Raleigh? I was thinking about the one in Cary... at the Crossroads mall complex...
They may have the same deal, but I was in Raleigh. Where are you located? We should go deal hunting some time, if you are up to it.
...If Samus spent anywhere near the amount of time in the air as Kelly/Sab, then "perhaps".Quote:

GV rocks. I paid $50 and didn't regret it one bit.
i tink CT3 has sold the worst out of all the Sega Xbox games
I'm in Durham in the center of RTP (Triangle Park). Deal hunting sounds good although I'm not sure how much damage my bank account can take. ;)Quote:

You sure? I thought that title belonged to JSRF... besides, JSRF and GV have been out for 7 months now, while CT3 came out for only a month...Quote:

I'd love to pick up a copy at that price plus shipping if anyone wants to hook me up. My Target never has these deals. And by "my Target," I mean the nearest one, 60 miles away.
Sweet. You can't be more than 10 minutes from my place. I'll drop you a PM...Quote:

Ack!!! *shrugs*
I got the game when it was $40. I still freakin love it!!!
Well I'm still a wee kid so 15 bucks is kinda a lot to just use for a "maybe" game. I hear a lot of good things about it when you get the "feel" of it so, what the hell...:D
I went, but no GV. :( The closest deal was Genma Onimusha for $30.
I seen it for $30 or so last time I was at Target. I'll get them to scan it next time I go.
HOLD THE PRESS...this is twice in one day i have agreed with thugg...what is happening to me!?Quote:

He said the previous one wouldn't be the last.
I did say that, and as I've said, I'm never wrong...
 Ironically there was a human "wolf-man" on Ripley's Believe It or Not today. Now I know what Videodrone looks like!Quote:

Mine was 24.90. I also got Jet Set Radio Future at Target for 34.90.
I just got an XBOX two weeks ago. Both games will keep me busy for a while. GV is some tough shit. .
My Target has it for 24.90 to , and I can't spend that if you guys are getting it for 13.00
You would think their pricing would be consistant in each store
]
The local Target is blowing out last Fall's PS2 games. Picked up Okage and Frequency for $7.48 and they had Ico and Kinetica for the same price.
Mmmmm $12.40 Gun Valkeryie, hopefully Crazy Taxi 3 hits the bin soon because there's no way hell SOA is seeing full retail out of me for a year or two :) . *-neo

Most stores have what they call a clearance budget. With that budget it's up to the manager of that store's department to decide what he/she sells at clearance.
Just scored GunValkyrie for $12.40 and JSRF for $24.90.
Sometimes patience really does pay nice dividends! :D
Doh, checked out two of my local targets today and neither had any of those games in stock. They probably did have it at that price and just sold out... :(
Hm...I'll have to do a search through what's available later today, and price match at Crystal Mall.
*stick tongue out at Will*
