So far...
Pros - the roster is lookin' great(Alex, Batsu, Poison, etc.)
Cons - the models look weak compared to SC2, game shares some weaknesses that SFEX had(so all you EX haters can dance now), Akira not playable yet
I'm still looking forward to this one regardless.

It'll be nice to see Strider in a 3D fighter. I'm looking forward to it but it seems like Capcom could make use of some innovation that's been lacking in their fighters...
