Is it just me, or does every pizza shop, arcade and bar in America have atleast one of these cabs? Thats all I have to say. I just wanted to make sure I'm not the only one who has noticed this.

Yep, they are everywhere. It must be the most popular game no one ever talks about.
That trend stops here. Let the golden tee conversation commence:
I played it once. It was kinda cool.
I worked at a bar for a few months, and we had two Golden Tee cabs. I never touched them, although our dishwashers (the people, not the machines) loved them.
I hated them, because they were usually the lure of one or two customers to stay past the time they should've. Me being barback meant I needed their damn glasses to wash so I could leave.
I play it all the time. It rocks - you can never really master it, and the random weather and wind makes it different every time you play it. Plus, you have to fight through being buzzed.
Ah yes, the series that will never be topped as the #1 Grossing American Arcade game, thanks to severe lack of ... well, everything that would keep Links & A Trackball from dominating sales rankings.
It's golf. What can be said?
People play while drunk.
You could say it's the best golf game in years, by a mile. And if anyone says Mario Golf or Hot Shots...grow a penis already. [/fightclub]Quote:

There are always advertisements for Golden Tee Tournements at various local bars in my area. Some of them even fetch a top prize of over a thousand bucks. I suppose it's becoming pretty popular.
