For the legs you should get a couple of classic NES (like you said) but in order for them to support you and the carts, empty them out and fill them w/ concrete. Should be enough to support ya. You going to put any padding on it?

Dunno yet, wasn't planning to, but I do have a nifty pillow with Mario on one side and a star on the other.....
Pad it with Power! Power Pads, that is.
Perhaps I could rig up some Power Gloves to give foot massages :D
