But, the worst offense to be on that list is "A Wrinkle in Time." That is one of the best books ever written.
I'd say it falls in at #3 on my list.
#1 - The Thief of Always, Clive Barker
#2 - The Bible, multiple authors (I'm not christian, but the book still has a lot of good information in it...)

I can't believe all the classics that are on that list. I mean come on, Huck Finn, Of Mice and Men, A Catcher in the Rye, To Kill a Mockingbird (who the fuck would challenge that book?), The Outsiders, Slaughterhouse 5, Lord of the Flies, and Tom Sawyer. Hell that's just sickening.

Alvin Schwartz has a collection of books on American folklore that are absolute classic children's books. The Scary Stories series takes it a step further, but it is no more offensive than the way Disney horribly kills its cartoon villains. In Little Mermaid, the villain was impaled through the heart. In Tarzan, he was hanged. There are probably much worse examples, too. If you want to censor offensive content, start with the Mouse. (Okay, start with rap, but then the Mouse.)
Shel Silverstein was a national treasure, and you probably have on some funky glasses if you think any of his published work should be banned.
