It's okay. If you haven't been following the thread since it began, it can be tough to keep up. But I'm sure someone else hasn't seen that yet and it will be of use, as it is a damned cool thing-a-ma-bob.Quote:

More than the quote I'm really appalled that they painted over the Ikaruga in the original painting. Looks like ass. Why'd they do that?
yeah im surprised more people arent pissed over the whoring out of the artwork. i posted about it before (at least on the shumps board, not sure about here). no one seemed to notice. attached the original for those that dont know what it looked like.
I played the GC rev for approximately 15 minutes on Wednesday, long enough to play all the way to the end of Chapter 3. ALL the in-game Japanese text save the kanji identifying each chapter (Faith, etc.) has been removed. It has not been translated into English. I did not reach Chapter 5, so I don't know if the text at the final boss has been translated.
Rob: thanks for the information. It will be added to the FAQ the next update.
Well that's disapointing, no real reason to pick up the gc ver then.
Oh, and brief note to diffx: Quit trolling the Ikaruga thread.
I didn't really pay attention at first, but after taking a second look at the artwork, it is a pretty bad cover up (or whatever the hell they did). I guess the awful quote distracted me :)Quote:

Crap, even though the text is tiny, I was looking forward to a English translation. Oh well, I'll still pick up the GC version pretty soon.
