I just came back from EB, perusing all of the games,etc etc. Then I stumbled upon the Xbox section, so I decided to try it out at the demo unit. This system F'ing kicks ass. The controller is perfect(yes, the original one), the graphics are amazing, and the games rock. I picked up an OXM, and it further fueled the flame of my recent Xbox obsession. Too bad I don't have the money to buy one. For shame.
If you have a PS2, I'd suggest trading it in for one. :D

Yeah, I would, but my dad is addicted to SOCOM(he shares the PS2 w/ me). I might(hopefully)get one by Christmas. The only reason I would want a GC would be for the RE games, but I don't think they'll stay on GC exclusively for long. Three cheers for an Xbox port in the future. I did test the S-Controller, and I know that it's good, but personally, I prefer the original controller. It's my opinion, and you can't stop me........sorry about that.....

Oh, and about the MGS2 question: I think that Substance will be really good, especially Snake's Tales. The original MGS2 was really great as well, except for the non-sensical ending, which was hard to understand.

I agree. Although the pad really is big, none of my friends or I have had a problem with it. For FPS games it is great. Shits all over the DS2 imo. Although I'd say the DS2 is the best 'all-purpose' controller. I won't even talk about the GC controller.
