Yup, there are no less than 2 different versions of that song on the Soundtrack CD.

Tate #2. Sorry omfgninjas, but ninjas have the Real Ultimate Power™.
Number two.
Damn... sleeve's not using that lovely Lost Highway av anymore. :p
My vote goes to the second tate.
Interesting to know that that cinematic technique actually has a name.
Stealthily dealing out ninja death is really cool. I just hope OMFGNinjas!!! doesn't find out I like that kind of thing.
What, no option for the Chibi Nappa Tate?
(It's my last name) :)
I choose that one.
It was only 2 different versions of the I'm deranged song on Lost Highway.
you mean when someone swings insanely fast and then there's a long pause and everyone drops dead?Quote:

Well, according to the Shinobi producer, "tate" (pronounced "tah-tay") is an old cinematic convention from samurai movies where the hero (or villain) would kill his foes so quickly that they didn't notice they were dead. You see this a lot in anime, too.
I love that, #2 for me:D
#2. I'm not a fan of the pretty boy. Vertical shooters are nifty keen, but lightening fast ninja death is nifty keener.
I have to go with #2. Lightning-fast ninjas are the shit. Although, anyone who got to pop Jenny Aniston can't be that bad.
