    i think I might have pulled something in my right shoulder yesterday while at the gym, it's really sore and my left one is just fine guess I better take it a little easier next time

    I'm probably just going to use the same font and do the song titles REALLY BIG, then do copyright info and such on the insert, which is only going to be text.

    I just received a cost-of-living pay increase. So why am I posting in this thread? My insurance premium went up at the same time, resulting in a net 3.6% pay cut.
