Got Crackdown for free thanks to Games For Gold. I've got a disc version, but can now sell that for peanuts and not lose access to the game and reclaim some space.

360 Skyrim Legendary for $28 after tax at Target by pricematching Toys R Us ($34.99) and using "reserve game X for $1, get $10 off certain games" promotion.
Can easily sell my son's used vanilla copy for $20, so $8 for all the DLC all said and done.
