Thread: THQ in Big Trouble

  1. THQ in Big Trouble

    https://www.google.com/finance?client=ob&q=NASDAQ:THQI

They had some great games this gen.

  2. Well, they delayed all their big games and need to seek funding sources, no shock Wall Street is killing them.

I hope they survive, I want to play South Park/Metro Last Light/COH2.

  3. Someone has to open those pockets

    Metro was meh though

  4. Very amazed by the value of Konami stock on that listing.

Darksiders is a great series and you'd imagine WWE is a stable revenue stream, at this point though I think THQ has bit it.

  5. Dack just did a really good article over at HGM explaining what the numbers actually mean. I don't link there often, but felt this explains a lot about the situation that I simply didn't understand before.

    James

  6. Like Diff I hope they make it, I want to play South Park. Game budgets really need to come down, or they need to do something to majorly increase game sales.

  8. Nah, Saints Row 3 with a tiny budget would've sucked.

  9. I just want more people buying games I like. The world would be better off for it.

You can't make a game like Company of Heroes 2 with a Hotline Miami budget. And I don't know about you, but I still want to play games like Company of Heroes 2.
