It's exceedingly tough to fire any executive, not just a minority one. Lots of people get over promoted. But yea, keep making it about race.

It is hard to fire any executive. You first have to prove they do anything, before you can prove they do it poorly.
Of course not. But diff's point is right on about executives. My issue was that the promotion occurred. Once that happened, the end result was obvious. No way was a firing going to happen.
