I passed hardcore years ago. I'm a GameGo! Sausage.
When people ask, I tell them I play "different stuff" and let them decide how they want to interpret it. Face to face, when people talk games with me I tend to just try to ask questions to keep them going and not judge whatever they're talking about. I let them tell me what's up with it... it's the same I do with movies.
Years ago, an over-enthusiastic friend of mine called me "hardcore with a capital fuck". I'll take the compliment, sure, but I'm definitely not actively seeking such a status.
All I can tell you: hardcore is not about the money.
