We have a fairly strong military considering how small our population is, which includes the ultra-cool elite SAS, which owns all of you and your puny countries armed forces.
The bombing occurred at a nightclub in Bali renowned for being full of Australian Tourists to the point that other tourists stayed away from them. The attack could have been due to our stance alongside America against Iraq, or simply because we are westerners.
