- Switch new development to the Crystal System or similar hardware. The NG is good, but it's still old hardware that should probably be phased out.
- Start making and distributing classic NG hardware and re-brand it as such at a lower price. Market to smaller places like grocery/convenience stores, restraunts, etc. to "re-plant" the idea that games are good for revenue, especially when brand new cabinets with modern games are cheaper than they were when arcade games were big.
- Release NG development kits to the community, free of charge. Start a program to publish homebrew games, with Playmore retaining a royalty fee from the profits.
