It's hard to give a summary of a game I just bought, but I can give a reason behind the purchase and first impressions. Judging by the length of some of the list's, it will be a while til these guys get a chance to play with their new toys.



I picked up:

Ace Combat 4 for $16.50. After playing the tough as nails Airforce Delta last week, I thought I'd give AC4 a try, since the price reasonable. I can say that so far AC4 is much easier than AFD. The enemy planes are almost dumbasses, compared to the ace pilots in Air Force Delta.


Sega Smash Pack for the DC, $9.99. While I have some of these games on my Genesis, I thought it would be nice to give Shining Force 1 a try and the PC version of Virtual Cop 2.

It is out already, I just put a preorder on it now and it says 11/5/02 I guess I will have to wait... at least they had a good price though plus I ordered Wolves IMAX DVD and a GBA to GameCube cable

Now I just need to replace GI Joe the Movie with the DVD so I can watch all the Public Service announcements.

They're awesome! My friend bought the DVD and we watched through every one of them and the commercials too... I gotta pick it up myself sometime... along with a DVD version of the TF movie too...

Vice City- This is the only game I've played since Tuesday.
Timesplitters 2 (GC)- I ordered it last weekend and got it in the mail after I got VC...so it's still sitting in its packaging.
Goldeneye (DVD)- I love this movie. I was going to go for the whole box set, but...I didn't. Gotta save up for the Metroids and Splinter Cell.

Whatever you feel like doing is cool, I just think list of "LOOK AT ME I BOUGHT 300 GAMES FOR NO REASON!" isn't what I was looking forward to reading every week.
