Taito representatives have confirmed that they've signed a deal with mobile phone developer Nokia to develop game software for their upcoming game platform N-Gage. While terms of the agreement remain undisclosed, details of the agreement come just days after Nokia signed a similar agreement with Sega. According to company director Koji Sanbe, Taito will begin supplying software for Nokia's N-Gage beginning next summer, although specifics regarding product lineup remain undisclosed.
online puzzle bobble and bubble bobble would be awesome. i don't know much about cellphone games, but i'd imagine there has to be a few shmups on them. would be nice if they made one too.
The more I think about it, the more I really hope something good comes of this N-Gage thing.![]()
First Sega, now Taito? Very very cool.
The only thing that bugs me is, at least in the promo pic, that N-Gage screen seems small.
do i need to bring up that the game.com had support from Sega and Capcom...Originally posted by Ex Ranza

Actually, I believe those titles were just licensed from Sega and Capcom. Could be wrong though.
Link to the pic anyone? Is this a cell phone/system? Who the hell is Nokia to make a handheld? Do they make anything at all besides cell phones?
Sega support is good though...
Nokia makes all kinds of things. A friend of mine has a Nokia monitor.![]()
