Looks really cool, need to buy R.A.D first but this looks just as good. The design of the mech I don't like TOO much but it'll grow on me, looks kind of like the old japanese mech design. Monsters look real cool though.

As if R.A.D. isn't enough when it comes to oversized behemoths beating the stuffin' out of each other in major metropolitan areas, Sony's Incog is working on this little gem. I haven't heard much about this game (it's not due til January), but it looks great... more like a modern King of the Monsters than anything. Here's some shots...

I read in GI it definitely has a "retro" feel in the cinemas and such. Yeah, the robot reminds me of Gigantor or something..

it's done by incog so i will definetly give it a look...but i'm sure my impressions won't stand up to my initial reaction of playing king of monsters for the neo back it the day...made me want to get a job...then i relized i would have to deliever papers for a month just to buy the game, and then another 3 months for the system...
i did end up getting a paper route...and blew my first months pay on a sega cd however...FMV how i lothed tee...

Why isn't anyone talking about this game?
There's a playable demo and full review in this month's OPM. This game looks un-freaking-believable! It's developed by the same people who did Twisted Metal: Black. The presentation is superb, the framerate is 60 fps, there's tons of destructible stuff to pick up and throw your opponent into, and a bunch of cool monsters to use. It's a little hard to get a hang of the camera, but so far this game looks like a must-buy. The game received five stars (or discs?) in the review.
When does this one come out? I can't wait. This game is the second coming of Rampage.

I used to love King of the Monsters. One of my absolute favorite games. I love wrestling games and KotM is one of the very best, IMO.
Praying for a Cosmic Fantasy Collection for PS2, Xbox and GameCube.
