Since Sega aquired Red Comapany, I have a quick Q, which properties did Sega absorb when they bought Red other than the Sakura Taisen series? Is Bonk now owned by Sega, or is that a hudson property?

I think I recall reading that Hudson still owns Bonk.. but I could be mistaken.
Whoever owns him I'd love to see a new version some out either on GBA or elsewhere.
