I wouldn't be suprised if game rep started working out in the concessions areas during intermissions passing out demos, flyers, and coupons.
I went to my first hockey game of the season tonight. It was the Devils v- Habs at Bell Centre here in Montréal.
Something I found quite interesting was the number of PlayStation 2 adverts they showed on the scoreboard and plasma ring during the game! I had never seen game adverts in a place like that so it was pretty cool. Nice surprise.
They showed Faceoff 2003 for PS2 quite a lot. I didn't even realise Sony kept making that horrible game, and it did look truly horrible. But they also had a really neat advert for Sly Cooper and that surprised me quite a but for some reason. It was pretty neat to see Sly on the big screen though!
They also had a montage of many PS2 games all around the plasma ring. That was pretty cool but there was so much to look at it was hard to see all the games they were profiling.
Anyway, I thought it was pretty neat.![]()

You'd think there couldn't possibly be a hockey game worse than that crap EA claims is hockey... but there is and this is it.. bleh.Originally posted by Andy
